Tres Chic Gourmet Foods is a small family-owned business that began in the kitchen with a single recipe, "Spicy Salsa." We began our venture with two products, "Spicy Salsa" and "Texas Caviar," packaged in gift boxes and sold exclusively to mail order customers. Today, we offer a line of ten products which we wholesale in almost 100 stores nation-wide. We have a retail customer base of about 4,000 people throughout the United States. We believe we have a "top-shelf" product line with four out of five of our salsas taking awards in state-wide competitions. Our "Mean Green" has taken 1st place three years running in the Austin Salsa Cook Off. We then beat out San Antonio's first place winner garnering a Grand Champion Trophy.
